Leticia Salama is a painter artist from Madrid, Spain. She is 27 years old, and moved to New York City for the first time 3 years ago. She classifies her art into two groups: on one hand, a more realistic one based in landscapes, and on the other hand, pop art and modern art. Now, she is working hard in New York to find her spot in the artistic world while starting a new professional career as a cook with her catering firm, Leti’s Catering.

After the inaugural multidisciplinary production, “Wearing Lorca’s Bowtie”, AENY – Spanish Artists in New York has just finished the Staged Reading Series entitled “Give Me a Damn Stage!: Encounters with the Spanish new theatre wave.”
The production took place at Repertorio Español theatre in New York City, from October 2012 to January 2013, thanks to the collaboration of both groups and the support of Spain Culture New York – The Cultural Department of the Consulate General of Spain in New York.
