Arthur Espinoza is a recognized leader in the arts, arts management, and non-profit consulting arenas. He recently completed three years as a mayoral appointee directing Washington DC’s Commission on the Arts and Humanities. Previous to that role, Espinoza served as Managing Director of The Washington Ballet. He was also the Executive Director and Interim Artistic Director of Canyon Concert Ballet in Fort Collins, Colorado, from 1996 to 1999, and General Manager of the Colorado Ballet from 1999-2010. Over a distinguished career in the arts sector, Espinoza has worked with numerous highly regarded organizations, including the private, non- profit and government sectors including producing companies, arts councils and economic development districts. Espinoza studied theatre at Colorado State University and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
